pumpkin snickerdoodle dough bites
i mean, can they get any cuter??

Hello! I got back from Japan a few days ago and am still so very jet lagged, so if there are any typos in this newsletter I apologize in advance. But I needed to make sure you had this recipe well before Thanksgiving because it NEEDS to be on your Thanksgiving dessert table.
Presenting…pumpkin snickerdoodle dough bites! They’re not technically a cookie, but cookie dough bites, so they’ll do. And not only are they so so cute (like maybe the cutest thing I’ve ever made?), they are also so delicious and you’ll want to eat every one.
They’re also the perfect addition to a holiday dessert table. You always need something that’s tiny that people can easily pop in their mouth while they decide what other desserts they want to eat. Plus this has the most classic dessert flavor of Thanksgiving, pumpkin, but also brings cookies to the table, which we all need. Other than heat treating the flour (which can be done ahead of time), this is a no-bake recipe and can be made in 10 minutes. The perfect last minute dessert (or can all be made ahead of time and brought out right before serving)!

In case you’re not as chronically online as the rest of us, you may have missed that I started my 5TH ANNUAL 12 days of thanksgiving recipes! I truly cannot believe this is my 5th year doing this and if you have been here since year 1 I love you forever. These pumpkin snickerdoodle dough bites are for day 9 of the 12 days, but here’s what day 1-8 were, and the links to each of them:

I always have great aspirations to have my holiday gift planning done before Black Friday so I can take advantage of all the deals, but then the holiday sneaks up on me and I am never prepared. BUT THIS YEAR WILL BE DIFFERENT. And I’m here to help you too. If you’re anything like me, you love perusing any and every holiday gift guide, so I decided to get in on the fun and make my own this year. I’ll be sending my holiday gift guides via this newsletter next week, so stay tuned for those!
Ok that’s all for now, happy baking / no-bake baking! <3
